About Contract Lists
One place to hire local pros, book classes and buy goods: new, used and handmade.
What it is
A local marketplace that started in California, open to sellers anywhere in the 50 states and DC. Hire pros for jobs around the house, book lessons, order custom work, or buy new, used and handmade goods from people near you.
Look around as a guest. A free account lets you message sellers and save listings. The same account lets you sell.

Who runs it
Contract Lists is run by Contract LLC, a California company.
How we keep things fair
Customers never pay Contract fees
Only sellers pay, to advertise. The small listing fee helps keep scammers off the site.
Fair to both sides
We look at what both sides send before we decide. Scams and fake listings come down.
Paying in the app: coming soon
For now, you and the seller agree how to pay. We're building a way to pay in the app that holds the money until you've checked the item.
Checked accounts
Accounts start with your email. Phone checks come once text codes are switched on. Sellers of anything over $100 will pass an ID check. ID checks start soon.
Chats stay in the app
Phone numbers and other contact details are blocked in messages, to keep scams out.
Real reviews
Reviews come with paying in the app. Only buyers who paid in the app will be able to review, once per purchase.
Anyone can report a listing
Something looks wrong? Tap Report and we'll take a look.
Extra care for young sellers
You must be 18 or older to have an account. Sellers aged 13 to 17 need a parent-assisted account. A parent or guardian sees every message.
