How we keep Mia safe
- Only customers 18 or older can message Mia.
- We hold anything that looks off: contact details, photos, links, and requests to meet outside the app.
- Read a held message, then pass it on or delete it.
- Mia can't delete messages. You can. We keep a copy for our safety team.
- Mia's reports come to you first. No answer in 24 hours? They go to our team.
- Serious reports go straight to our team. You see them too.
- You can block any customer.
- Chats pause during quiet hours.
